These Terms of Service govern your use of the WeGenAI platform and establish the rights and obligations between you (the user) and our company. By using our services, you agree to all conditions described here.

By creating an account or using any WeGenAI feature, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision, you must not use our services.

1 Platform Use

WeGenAI provides a generative AI platform for businesses, developers, and authorized users. Our platform enables:

• Creation and management of custom AI assistants
• Integration with multiple advanced language models
• Automation of business processes with AI
• Development of no-code solutions for generative AI

2 User Account and Responsibilities

To use WeGenAI, you must create an account with accurate, up-to-date information. You agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Not share your account with unauthorized third parties
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Keep your contact information current
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Improper sharing or unauthorized use of your account may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination, at our sole discretion.

3 Content and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for content generated through the WeGenAI platform, including:

• Texts, code, and any AI-generated output
• Data you input into models
• Custom settings and prompts
• How you use and apply the AI’s responses

4 Third-Party Integrations

The platform offers third-party integrations to extend functionality:

• Google Calendar for automated scheduling
• Google Meet for generating meeting links
• AI model APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.)
• Productivity and CRM tools

Your use of these integrations is also subject to the applicable providers’ terms of service and privacy policies. You are responsible for complying with those additional terms.

5 Payments and Cancellation Policy

Our subscription plans are billed according to the option you select:

• Monthly plans: billed each month on the activation date
• Annual plans: billed upfront at a discounted rate
• Pay-as-you-go: billed based on token/resource consumption
• Trial period: 7 days free for new users

6 Intellectual Property

The WeGenAI platform—including its code, interface, algorithms, and documentation—is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws:

• You retain rights to the content you create using our platform
• WeGenAI retains rights to the platform and its underlying technology
• Third-party AI models retain their respective rights
• Reverse engineering or attempting to copy our technology is prohibited

7 Usage Limits and Responsibilities

To ensure service quality and stability, we apply the following limits:

• Rate limits per minute/hour based on your plan
• Restrictions on data and history storage
• Content filters to prevent misuse
• Automated monitoring to detect anomalies

8 Changes to the Terms of Service

WeGenAI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time to reflect:

• Changes in applicable laws or regulations
• New platform features or services
• Improvements to security and privacy policies
• Adjustments to business models or pricing

Material changes will be communicated to users via:

• Email to active users at least 30 days in advance
• A prominent in-product notice
• A post on the official WeGenAI blog

9 Account Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your account at any time via platform settings or by contacting us. After cancellation:

• Platform access will end at the close of the paid period
• Your data may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy
• Security backups may be retained for up to 90 days
• You may request complete deletion of your data

10 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, including as applicable:

• California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA)
• Communications Decency Act §230 and related U.S. internet regulations
• U.S. consumer protection laws, including the FTC Act
• Applicable U.S. state civil codes

Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the exclusive venue shall be the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, USA.
